The drivers were very courteous, everything was done on time, the person that was in charge of setting things up worked well with me. Also, the driver was helpful & courteous. Everything went well.

The quality and the courtesy of the personnel and the fact that they were willing to accommadate our schedule. The driver was excellent.

The driver kept me informed of what will be going on with move before he showed and up continued to called in to check in. The driver was courteous and picked good people to unload the truck.

They did an overall good job, everyone was efficient. We had a situation with the top of the truck, it flew off. They did a good job of communicating with everyone.

I am satis with the service I received. The coordinator of the move was with the local moving crew. She went above and beyond any of my expectations. The moving company that delivered the items stayed in contact with me.

Allied provided me with a good driver and sales team. The driver was the only person to do the unpacking and I think that there should have been more people to unpack me. Providing more people to unpack the truck would have saved me alot of time.

You are 1 for 3 on my moves. The last two have been excellent. The last two have been tens. The one before that was a five.

The professionalism and it being a quick move. They met all of the demands of the move. I was impressed w/ the professionalism of the move.

Every interaction that I've had has been perfect. They have been responsive and I have never had 1 issue.

I was very pleased in the move, confident in the driver, and consultant was on point answered all questions. Consultant made sure everything was fine.

Even though I worked through Allied, my main mover was through Michigan and I worked with him directly.

The communications were great. It was a super easy move for me. They worked within our budget. The packers were great as well as the del tm. It has been one of the easiest moves for me.

The professionalism of how they packed every item. I like how they packed the furniture. It's better than my moving experiences in the past.

Everything went very smoothly and as promised. The courtesy, efficient, and skill from Tom and Chris. Both were communicative and excellent. The driver and crew was early but told me. Chris, the coordinator, was efficient, excellent, and handled everything. I will refer Allied.

The movers catered to me. If I wanted something special, they would honor my request. The loading was on time.

This was our 4th move with Allied & we are very pleased. We have always had very good service with Allied.

I rated a ten b/c everyone was very efficient, took good care of my things, were very careful and very courteous.

I think it was a good experience from beginning toned. The driver was excellent, from the time he start loaded up. He helped us with the loading time, he handled our stuff with care. He was excellent

The overall move process. The move was great. The driver was a nice man that works hard, excellent, and a wonderful person. I wrote down the comments for the driver. They showed up two days early and I was happy.

They did a really good job. They got everything done on time, and the pricing was good. I would use them again.

The driver and his crew was very efficient and caring. The crew could not bring their truck to my location. Penske truck had to be used. Some of my items were left, but I received them today.

I think all the items being delivered on time and safe influenced my rating. I was satisfied with the service.

I thought all the crew was very professional & polite. They said yes mam' & did it w/ out prob. They left me w/ heavy boxes on top of the little ones. I'm alone & had to get someone to help me to get them down.. it was difficult for me.

The way that Allied was able to come out and ovulate the items that needed to be packed. They showed up on time and the whole process was fine.

A friend of mine moved with Allied and recommended them so I went with them. The driver called me 24 hours before he arrived to load.

The crew showed up when they said they would, packed my things when they said they would, and delivered when they said they would.

The del guys did a nice job and they were professional. The packers did everything they said they would do.

The driver & the crew that packed my stuff in Las Vegas did a great job. The driver was caring, respectful, professional and he had everything under control He was a good guy all around.

The overall experience was very good. This isn't the 1st time we have used Allied. Each time we have used them it's been great. The driver was good.

SMM coordinated everything well and communicated. I have moved several times and dealt with several moving companies and this was one of my better moves.

The customer service was good. I would like to commend Danny Flores and the two people who helped move me, they did very good. I am not very happy though that I have not received confirmation after sending in my credit card info.

The customer service form beginning to end. The driver, Jesse Willis, was very courteous. HE went above and beyond to make sure that everything went well. The customer service I received was good as well.

The communication and the service we have received. Even though there was some delays our things arrived and they kept up w/ the communication.

We had a really good experience. The packers and the people that unloaded my goods were polite, helpful and courteous. They were the best part of the move. We were waiting for the loaders to arrive and they did not arrive until the next day. The agent apologized to me.

They were so careful, thorough, friendly, and professional. It was extremely cold and they never complained. They handled everything and it was incredible. We couldn't be happier with the driver. He handled everything for us. He packed the furniture very carefully.

It was a professional move They used a lot of packing materials that we have to dispose of for recycling. The crew arrived earlier than initially expected to load and that worked out great.

The driver did a great job, but the Allied representative that came to my home didn't get the right information on what needed to be packed.

We used Allied before and I have always been satisfied. I know my things will be delivered in one piece and on time. The people are courteous.

The crew was excellent. It was a very smooth move. We moved east coast to west coast and it was seemless.

This is the third time I used Allied. I was very happy with all three moves. I was very impressed with Paul the driver.

Allied responded immediately to my message. James, the driver was very nice, polite and very helpful. His helper Andrew was strong and efficient.

Overall the process was very good, and the coordinator was really fantastic her name was Judy. The workers did a great job as well.

Everything was del as promised. The driver kept me updated on where they were at with my goods. The coordinator stayed in touch with me. The constant contact was very good.

I felt like we had really good service. The only part we work with is the local affiliate in Ohio but I was very pleased with the people, they were great. We had some things dropped off to my home and some to a storage facility, it was a big relief to me that they were very cooperative to our special request.

The packers were excellent. They were punctual, courteous, cooperative and made some minor adjustments. The packing was done easily and quickly.

Everything seemed to go just fine. We haven't unpacked so we don't know the condition of the items. The house isn't finished and the boxes were put into the garage.

The movers, those guys were amazing. They were very efficient. It was not the Agent or Driver who contacted me about the driver, it was the actual receptionist .

I really liked the 3 day delivery window and I found Cindy was awesome with packing and Jeremy and Victoria was awesome as well. Brian was thorough and the whole process was impressive, easy, smooth.

The team told me everything that they were doing. They did a very good job. I was very satis. They helped do things for me. The team did a very good job.

Communication was clear and both crews were extremely skilled at their jobs and they were fun to work with. I was completely satisfied with everything. It was an awesome move. Allied was very patient with me and they took the time to carefully wrap a fragile dollhouse for me. They did an awesome job. This was the best move I have ever done. I will use Allied again.

Overall it was a very easy experience. We were moving half way across the country. I didn't worry. It was easy.

B/c they did what they said they would do. They packed things I did not pack. That was special to me and it got here to me.

The individual that did the actual work influenced my rating. The guy who drove it and helped pack it made all of the difference, his name was Jason.

Everyone who came to pack & load was wonderful. Even during delivery they were wonderful. I would give them all a "5",they were great.

They were very professional and the guys that did the unloading were very professional, nice and polite and everything arrived safely.

Everybody involved did a great job. They had to take the sofa and love seat through an upstairs room, but they did a great job with that the lady called me multiple times and she did a great job of communicating and emailing me.
